This can happen for any number of reasons, most commonly:
- Boat Maintenance (standard server upgrades or repair);
- Holes in the Boat (software conflicts); or
- General Bad Form (form submission errors).
You'll have to climb back in ("Reload" or "Refresh"), I'm afraid. Every boat's a bit different and you have to be careful. Bringing on too much baggage ("cookies") can cause us to take on water or capsize, so you might offload some weight (delete "cookies") before trying again.
Of course, Avalon is a very graceful place and passengers who show bad form (submit incomplete forms) will sometimes be set adrift. Sometimes just a simple "pardon me," or "thank you" (complete and resubmit) is all that's needed for a successful second try. Come on "back" and give it a try. If that fails, try sending a message in a bottle (email) to your Travel Guide (Members Registrar). You'll find them back at Reservations (ado_admin@bluebottle.com Subject Header: Members Registrar). If you should become marooned, we recommend sending up smoke signals and shouting for help (same email, Subject Header: Midwife). And remember, if you've been here before a search party may already be looking for you, so keep alert (watch for ADO email)!
