What's It About?:
A Congregation or other organization has “a life of its own.” This seminar is designed to help leaders in churches and other organizations to understand the emotional side of their system, their own contribution to the group’s emotional life, and to lead effectively through managing self.
From a Family Systems perspective, the seminar will address such questions as:
- How do you get people to do something?
- How do I survive high anxiety?
- How do I manage myself when others attack each other, or me?
- How do I enable others to lead, and to resolve their own problems?
